    Lightning Lane Premier Pass

I can't imagine there are many people who have enough money that they could choose a resort that will cost them several hundreds more per night so that they can spend several hundreds more per person per day yet were planning to stay at a moderate before that.

News 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

I expect it to be reduced to average. It'll go from almost definitely the most detailed and varied quick service on property to just okay, at best. The Ice Age movies were a huge success, box office-wise. Continental Drift and Dawn of the Dinosaurs both made over 800 million worldwide. On...

Meals That You Miss at WDW

Restaurant O'saurus used to have fried shrimp. I'm pretty sure it and Columbia Harbor House were the only places on property that did. Also, Rose and Crown used to have some kind of salmon dish. Don't remember what it was exactly, but it was delicious.

Countdown to Extinction: Dinoland USA Appreciation

I find that most online Dinoland chatter is about trying to explain Rama; it's easy to find articles explaining the details of that section, but the comparatively normal looking parts go largely ignored, which is a shame. I'm just shocked to hear that "replace the alioramus with raptors" has...

What good things are happening at Walt Disney World?

I love Epcot and Animal Kingdom for Christmas. Merry Menagerie and Storytellers are the best things Disney offers for the holidays. I hope they continue to focus all their energy on trying to work out the mess in Studios so they don't think about screwing with the good stuff.

    - Pay extra hundreds of dollars per person. - Still can't get in the quick lane to meet characters.

    News Disney Jollywood Nights 2024

You wrote "or" for Jose and Panchito. Is that a slip or are they seriously not springing for two caballeros at once?

News 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

I maintain that the carnival has merit. - Make the games an interactive entertainment thing. Within the official Dinoland story, they're all Chester and Hester's cousins; lean into that, hire actors instead of sticking merchandise CMs that clearly did not sign up for that in there, make it like...

    Dinosaur has seen better days

This ride must have the coolest maintenance area on property if they have extra raptors sitting around. I have hope the alioramus will be back. I don't really see how they would benefit from throwing him out. I know out of all the dinosaurs in that scene he looks the worst when he's broken, but...

New Enhancements, Dining Options Coming to Disney’s BoardWalk

Flying Fish looks nicer. Also, nothing says high end dining quite like a gift shop. Are the t-shirts eighty dollars?

News 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

This is adorable! I hope it actually looks as good as this concept art; that's a level of detail-packing I expect from Dinoland. They even added O'sauruses. 75th annual doesn't make much sense since the Boneyard was only established in 1947 and I'm pretty sure we're not supposed to be in...

News 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

Is there any word on if they plan to replace Trilo-Bites, Dino-Bites, and Dino-Diner with new properly themed stands? I would presume so but I'm pretty sure Pandora ended up with just one real stand and a bunch of little carts.

News 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

I feel a lot less stressed now; I've been planning my schedule around "but I need to be in Dinoland at least once this week; what if it closes!?" for like two months. I'm super happy for one more Dinoland Christmas! They're going to need to get more prizes in, unless they plan to just shutter...

Countdown to Extinction: Dinoland USA Appreciation

Thank you for reminding me! I do have a few photos of that! I'll put them in a spoiler so they stay big enough to read without zooming: Depending on how you interpret it, Marsh might be the only person in Dinoland who isn't actually interested in dinosaurs. And it's hard to tell, but it...

Countdown to Extinction: Dinoland USA Appreciation

I used my hurricane time to make the character post I mentioned. This is potentially the most obscure thing in Disney World right now. You can forever stump friends at Disney trivia after reading this post. We all know part of the concept of Animal Kingdom was meant to be the idea that you're...

News 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

Oh my gosh, thank you so much for posting this, I'm in Dinoland right now and would have had no idea! That's so cool, for any reason! Time to get in line!

Ale and Compass is really good. It also offers crab cake eggs benedict for 19 dollars instead of 42, like Cake Bake.

New Enhancements, Dining Options Coming to Disney’s BoardWalk

You could order every dessert on Ale and Compass's to-go menu (12 layer chocolate cake, apple cobbler, and mango spiced lemon pound cake) at once for the price of a cake slice at Cake Bake.

New Enhancements, Dining Options Coming to Disney’s BoardWalk

Beaches and Cream has a to-go window. It doesn't have the food, but does have all the specialty milkshakes and stuff (including a smaller, two-person Kitchen Sink). I'm under the impression Cake Bake will have the same setup; you can sit down with a reservation (or if they have an open slot)...
