18 days, they're going soooo much slower the closer we get

Travelling from the UK and will be using the magical express. I've been told that I don't receive a ticket for it and the front desk will be expecting me...is this right or should I receive a ticket before travelling? Have received my other travel documents but nothing for ME.

are they sent by registered mail and hence need signing for? And how long before my trip should I expect to receive them?

Yeah, sorry was typing just as I got up and still half asleep. I'm still getting the "personalise your magic band" message and they've been showing as "your magic bands may ship at any moment" for 3 days.
