Redeeming factors in rides you dislike

When my fiance and I first visited this attraction, he spent the entire walk from Fantasyland to Tomorrowland explaining why we could just skip it - that it wasn't very fun and the smell of his burp would make me sick, etc. But when we went in and I saw the pre-show I was absolutely blown away...

    Advice Required!

Some of the really, really good places use two table service credits per person, here's a list of them: http://touringplans.com/walt-disney-world/disney-dining-plan/participating-restaurants# But also, since you'll be there for two weeks - you probably won't run into this problem quite as much...

Sanity Check - Solo trip to WDW

The preferred rooms at All Star Sports really are the best. It's the first hotel on the bus route for the All Stars so you're the first on and the first off, the surfing theme is adorable, and the building is close to everything. Some people avoid the All Stars because of all the sports teams...

A big difference I noticed between Disney and Universal

I read this before going to bed last night and made a mental note to myself to log back in when I got to work so I could tell you how very much I appreciate this post.

    Annual Passholder - Free Dining?

You know, that is so true. I'm definitely one of those people who hear *free* and jump right in. But obviously, it's not really free if I'm paying for two day park hopper tickets for two people. The room discount will probably be a better deal, but I can't even check if there is one available...

    Annual Passholder - Free Dining?

Good morning :) My fiance and I are going to be honeymooning in Disney in November! I noticed that the dates we are going are dates applicable to the free dining plan. We purchased two day tickets last September to utilize the free dining plan (we were annual passholders then, too, and we...

Traveling with 8 adults and 2 children?

Hi friends! I'm wondering what advice anyone has for booking a hotel with these kinds of numbers? I've only ever gone to WDW with two other adults, so I'm not sure how to go about booking rooms with this many people. Basically it breaks down like this: Me and my to-be-husband (2) My brother...

Best Honeymoon Hotel for Disney Veterans?

I've never been to this resort, so I had no idea about not having neighbors?! How is that even possible at Disney World! My father-in-law to be stayed here once and talks about it as if he's remembering his old War buddies. It seems to be a resort that people really, really love. -searches...

Best Honeymoon Hotel for Disney Veterans?

Aw, that sounds so romantic! I had never even considered the Boardwalk until this thread. Now I'm really torn!! I love walking on the Boardwalk when we go from Epcot to Hollywood Studios, so this sounds so enticing. Were you able to walk around even when things were closed?

Best Honeymoon Hotel for Disney Veterans?

I've never rented DVC points before, does it really save a lot of money? And I love the idea of seeing the fireworks at night, but did it ever become annoying or loud? Thank you so much for your thoughtful response!!
