They have the infrastructure they want at Grand Avenue for the Monsters land. Would it be cheaper than bulldozing AC and just move Muppets to a new theater?

Maybe the re-route is the best case scenario to MV. But that might mean they open Monsters with just one attraction, which feels like overkill for a "land".
