Are you paying cash for the dining plan? In which case particularly with under 21s who won’t order alcohol you are going to need to order only expensive items just to get close to break even.

Once paid for it should become like FastPass+ and you just book it. There was no issue doing FP+ in advance from the UK, it’s the payment that’s the issue not the booking.

FastPass+ didn't start til late 2013. Your 2008-2012 visits would have been old paper FP.

My preferred system was still MaxPass at DL, no 7am, no prebooking, just the same system as paper FP but on the app. The 7am thing is the worst of all systems though, I don't want to be up that early on holiday/vacation!

I've got 16-17 months to go until I visit, they'll probably reinvent the whole system by then! But the simple answer would be to sell the multipass LL as part of a UK ticket, not from within the app.

I would guess they are putting off or frustrating a lot of people by making tweens/teens pay adult price. Especially with the dining plan or any of the parties where alcohol is included.

Is the price really that high compared to many other places at WDW? Three courses at Kona Cafe could be $50-65, so Ohana at $62 for adults seems about right or a little high for three courses. The issue is in general I think those with kids aged 10+ where they are paying adult price but those...

You are right, that there is no full motion base, they can only move the boat and rotate it. So yes adding a full motion base would be another add-on step again.

Aha, that was the event I was thinking of, just hadn't seen anything about it so didn't think it was still going. Seems like you'd need to drink quite a lot to get value compared to just having dinner at California Grill.

No just the dinner menu, or you can try to get a spot at the bar. They did use some of the side rooms for varies parties at one point but don't think they've been offered for years.

Haven't backpacks for casual use (not just hiking) been around for over 30-40 years? My parents certainly used them for theme park trips back in 1994.

If you are paying for the party I wouldn’t take any time out to eat during the limited party hours. Get a big lunch elsewhere and then just have quick service in MK.

The tickets will definitely be valid for what they are being advertised as, two or three park tickets at the current parks. As you said the unknown is Epic Universe, but that doesn’t stop the current tickets being valid for the current parks. My guess is that one visit to Epic will be added...
