Sounds like Muppets, TSMM, GMR, ToT, B&TB, RnRC, Indy, Disney Junior, Frozen Sing-a-Long and Star Tours are the only things they plan to keep up from 2016-2020.

With $2 billion, if TDO is smart with their money, they can do the parking garages, build a great Star Wars Land, flesh out Pixar, update the GMR, and possibly give Muppets/Sunset/Animation a little bit of love. $2.5 billion ought to set DHS up for the next 6-8 yrs once it's complete.

At least $2 billion... if DHS gets a $2-2.5 billion budget, I'd guess just about everything except Sunset would get something new. That would be phenomenal. Especially when you consider New Fantasyland was $425 million and Pandora is going to be $500-600 million.
