the pic on the left is from 2001, i showed it to my daughter again around 2015. Then in 2017 when we announced we were going back, she exclaimed that she wanted to recreate this pic the best she could. i was amazed and so happy she came up with this idea. i hope we can do it again in 20 years

I was lucky enough to see him move the 1st year it was open, but it was so long ago i really am having a hard time remembering how good it was. i've been on EE so many times without him moving and love it. I really wonder if WHEN he moves again, if i will even notice or care. you go by him...

though a good idea, i like the idea of an elevated moving sidewalk that runs just under the gondolas. people could just drop down to it when the gondolas stop, or choose to use it instead of the gondolas

this thread is like a car wreck on the highway, that i just want to speed past and not check out, but just have to slow down and see what' s going on.

My children were just tall enough to ride it when it first opened. It is one of the reason my kids like classic rock now. that ride is great and the theming awesome. it is a must do for my family, but i feel like if it changed, though fun, not be a must do anymore.

every time the gondolas stop, there are a certain number of people who are now not in the parks for some amount of time (people in the gondolas and in the lines for the gondolas). That may mean i get one more ride in some park that i wouldn't have if those people made it to where they were...
