Your example makes no sense. Delay the opening which delays the attendance increase which delays the ROI? No way!!

We stay at the Boardwalk every year (though this year at BLT). During the day it is sparse - everybody is at the parks. At night it is a different story - it is crowded with people enjoying the entertainment, games, dining, and the deserts.

All is too quiet...

I was giving DL a break! :) Of course my opinion, but MK is way better than DL. And I love the DL FL dark rides that are no longer at MK. However, at least at DL one can get some descent stealth shots of SWL. ;)

Maybe I'm cynical, but "widely regarded" just means to me people who regard themselves. And I also think the back and forth discussion can stand on its on without resorting to name calling.

I guess the dull posts here can't take the contrast to flamboyant posts. I go to DLR regularly (I live 30 minutes away). There is no comparison between DLR and WDW - DLR is a shadow of WDW. It's the "grass is always greener" syndrome that makes people on this board act slighted in this...

I agree - not a very diverse group! A shame. :)

What is the process for coming up with a proposal? Is it just totally blue sky? Or is their a expected cost range, along with some other parameters (e.g., number of rides, restaurants, etc.)?
