What WDW resort would you never stay at and why?

Probably Key West. I went on property to eat at Olivia's last summer ( great food ) and got lost in the resort leaving the parking lot, LOL. I hate to stay somewhere I couldn't easily find my way out of.

    Disney After Hours Event

I just can't see how they can give free tickets to an after hour event while making others pay and be okay with that. Talk about the bad will that can cause. As far as the little eat and ride 3 rides in Fantasyland in the morning, I think I am going to stay away from that too. Compared to what...

    Disney After Hours Event

Well that will suck, I love EMH in the summer. So are these EMH for a price catching on and selling out? What about EMM this summer with breakfast included? I could almost purchase that one even if it's only for an hour with 3 rides available, since we can all go eat once the gate opens to the...

Can't decide between Coronado and Port Orleans Riverside

One thing we like about CSR is the fact they have the gym and small spa area which none of the other moderates have. Having never stayed at POR I can't say I prefer CSR over POR, but I can say that CSR is a beautiful resort, the buses are rarely packed and run steadily from the resort to the...

I'm A Believer: The New System Works

I totally agree with this. This is much more often my experience with FP+. And I will say that I feel like FP+ has just mentally put me into a state of disappointment. I can't believe how accepting I was when legacy FP's were gone by 10 for TSMM or Soarin and I would just move on but I can't...

I'm A Believer: The New System Works

I'm kind of where @bethymouse is. I really dislike the Tier system, even though I get the reasoning behind it and I get there are lots of benefits to picking out your FP's in advance and controlling time of day of those FP's. I realize the system is working a lot better than it did the first...

WDWMAGIC Takes the Cake - The Official Cake Talk

I don't have any color preferences since I would agree use colors that we associate with the characters and I am good with either the Mickey and friends or the jungle book characters. I did see this pic on google image of some brown suitcase cakes with mickey and minnie on top but I couldn't...

WDWMAGIC Takes the Cake - The Official Cake Talk

Okay, and I was thinking characters probably mickey and friends or maybe jungle book and not really fondant fans. Can you design something? I can compensate you. I looked briefly on pinterest and did google for images but everything came back more for bdays. This is for 5 people so it can be the...

    Christmas or Food & Wine

I say Christmas over F&W. I went once to F&W before it got full blown jam packed and it was great. But I still love Disney and Christmas, which I get to see when we go at Thanksgiving because we never actually go at Christmas.

WDWMAGIC Takes the Cake - The Official Cake Talk

Yes "Welcome Home Sierra, Jayce and Evan". We all last saw each other 3 years ago in the summer at Walt Disney World. One of the things that amazed Evan who was 4, was at the Boardwalk where we first stayed, they always said "welcome home"

Breakfast: Crystal Palace, Boma or Tusker House?

I love BOMA but more for the dinner buffet than breakfast. Crystal Palace is decent. I think I prefer the 1900 Park Fare breakfast over Crystal Palace though. I also like Cape May. My favorite adult no character breakfast buffet is Fresh Med over at the Dolphin. Best kept 20 dollar breakfast...

    July Trip.....Bad?

If you don't mind crowds in extreme humidity then anytime at Disney is a great time IMO. I use to go late July/early August. Then I discovered June...which costs more but less humidity.
