How much could realistically go in an AC expansion? I like doing my own armchair imagineering but I'm not sure what is realistically able to be demolished and used for space. Could it fit a full "land" with at least two attractions? I love the idea some others have thought of a superhero...

I don’t have the data, but something tells me Seaworld has more incentive to build fast and draw people than the other Orlando parks. Plus, straight coasters seem easier than the heavily themed experiences at Disney/Universal.

Literally this a mystery to me lol. Don’t understand how people don’t see the current park as better than that one. I loved MGM back in the day but DHS, even with all its flaws and definite need for more, is so obviously better to me.

I think you might have identified some of why I feel that way for sure. The crassness in particular.

I don’t have a problem with other IP in the parks. There is just something about the Simpson’s that does not “fit” for me and I can’t give a concrete reason. Somehow, Star Wars and even Marvel feels “Disney,” and Simpson’s doesn’t. But I have no concrete reason for this lol.

The view from the land will be fairly narrow based on the concept art it looks like. So probably just some factory smokestack facade on either side as seen in the AC concept art?
