Why not Indy in addition to TSL and SWL? I won't argue with the adjectives you used for TSL, but I do think many young kids who are Toy Story fans will like it anyway.

I would go to MK on Thursday. Everytime I have been to MK on a Saturday, it has been very busy, even during less busy times of year.

I always find this phrase interesting since "reasonably priced" means different things to different people. There isn't an objective standard for reasonably priced.

I suspect WDW doesn't even know the answer to this yet. And it will likely change many, many times before the final decisions are made. That said, I don't see how WDW can force a certain level of participation by guests ... though WDW could say once you leave the resort during the experience...

If you can afford to go deluxe, I like the Contemporary best ... location, location, location. My wife and I are tentatively planning a WDW visit for early 2019 when we will have a 3 year old and a 15 month old (baby due this October) and we will stay in the Contemporary. With kids that age...

I always thought Maelstrom had more "thrills" when I first rode it, but figured it was just my imagination. Nice to see that I was right in thinking that WDW toned it down.

I'd love to know how WDW determines who gets the codes in the mail. I had not received them for years and then, shortly after my daughter was born, I received 2 over a 1 year period. Do they somehow know though all their data gathering? Was I looking at WDW websites that were more baby...

Yeah, if it's just my wife and I, we will stick with the bus too. But when I'm at WDW with extended family and kids, we'll likely go with the Minnie Van most of the time.

I suspect WDW intended target with the Minnie Vans is not 2 people, but rather families and extended families with 6+ people including a couple young kids who need car seats.

I had forgotten about Discovery Island. As a kid, I loved taking the boat there from the Contemporary and walking around.

I don't consider myself an old timer yet, but some fond memories from childhood trips to WDW in the 80s ... Ending up with a mouth full of water (and a guppy) going down a slide at River Country ... I was terrified of going into lakes for years thereafter. Miss the days when the characters...

I'm sure there are some who love HE. That doesn't change my hope that we don't end up with something similar for SWL. WDW can do better ... much better.

I hope something significantly more interesting than Hogwart's Express. When we go to the end of that ride, my 8 year old nephew said "That's it. Why did we wait in line for that."

If I were in your situation, I would do 2 days in MK, 1 day in AK and 1 day in Epcot. I would skip DHS.

Can't emphasize this enough. I run 3 miles 2X per week, practice yoga twice a week and play tennis once a week ... yet 1 day from rope drop to close at EPCOT and my feet were hurting badly. I had to have Dr. Scholls show inserts delivered to my room the next morning.
