Tomorrowland planter is out from behind walls. Looks like the planters nearby. Hoping a large tree may find a home here soon.

Walls are down on the east side. They are still working on fencing. overall, the area looks great. The light poles are the only downside, but with the whole area open now, they sort of disappear (as in there is a lot of nice stuff around that they aren't a focus of your attention).

Yes, they all have wires to support them. DHS tree's wires don't cross over walkways though, so seem less noticeable. I've always thought they were most noticeable with AK's tree. Perhaps because they attach to poles?

Perhaps some more planters? Not sure though. If they do put a highline area here and all sections have the greenery hanging from it, this could be a nice addition to the West Side. I wasn't quite sure how it would look, but I'm starting to see how nice this could become.

My guess is that the four squares are bases for 4 posts to support another part of the high line. Similar to the separate piece near Starbucks making it look like pieces were cut out to showcase the biildings that now sit behind the high line.

This change actually makes a lot of sense. I hope they can still keep Mickey and the gang involved in the lighting show somehow.

I guess this does open the potential of using World Showcase pavilions to host rides on other popular Disney films.i.e. the Remy ride could be a nice addition to France. The loss of the original focus of Epcot continues to be diluted though.

I agree. I don't understand the reason they have to replace something to add something. A true Frozen attraction makes sense, but we all probably agree that the location does not.

If Avatar 2, which is being released just a few months prior to the expected opening of the new land, is as big a hit as the first Avatar, I could forsee the opening of the land to be a huge draw. One could argue that Disney is doing the exact opposite of what is being criticized with Frozen...

I'd rather a new attraction to help ease the lines at either Soarin' or TSMM than simply adding more capacity. Perhaps the one exception of the two would be an additional theater for Soarin'. I refuse to wait in that line that never seems to move unless I have FP.
