When we took our 3-year-old to The Contemporary for the character breakfast back in the 1980's, she spent most of the time under the table trying to avoid the characters. 🤣 We avoided character meals until she was around 6 years old! Looks like a fun day at AK!!

I've had a few of those Uber drivers too going to and from the airport! The whole flying experience is certainly not what it used to be but I'm glad you made it home safely and looking forward to reading your final thoughts which are always the perfect wrap to your TR's!!!

OMG, that was such a wonderful surprise to get after the dining experience!!! I'm so happy that the concierge staff made her birthday so incredibly memorable. That's the Disney experience that we all know and love. 😍

That whole experience sounded very disappointing especially for such an expensive "high end" restaurant at WDW! We ate there for the first time ever about two years ago and were so underwhelmed by the service and food that we decided it was the last time that we'd bother eating there! So sorry...

I miss the GF orchestra a lot, but we do enjoy listening to the piano when we stay there. I hope the table for six was available for you!!!

Totally understand why you chose Cosmic Rays. Years ago, Cosmic Rays was our go to place but over the last few years we felt that there were better options such as CHH! COP is definitely a spot to enjoy a quick snooze for many people. 🤣

It's too bad you had to wait that long for such a short ride but you can tell your mom really enjoyed it!! This is another reason why I hate Genie+ because it has really screwed with the wait times for standby guests. Disney needs to get their act together with this problem.:mad:
