This was on my 10k final results time page showing 11,545 finished the 10k. Not sure if this is what you are looking for or not. Proud to say I was in the top 49%! Hurray for being in the middle!

Hi all, Just got back and happy to say I finished the 10K!!! Didn't see the sweepers at all. Was such an awesome first experience (early 2:45am wake up included). Finished in 1:26. Insulin Pump fell off at mile 4 entering Epcot, but had no problems. Around mile 3 it hurt more to walk then...

I actually pick the can that is cheapest. Because its hard to screw up beans/a giant boxy building dotting a previously beautiful and exciting landscape.

This is what I did 20 years ago. So carrying insulin from your room, whether offsite or onsite, to the first aid station without an ice pack or ice is do-able. Insulin doesn't need to be in a constant cold state. Insulin pumps carry insulin for 3-4 days without being refrigerated.
