I agree with you but Epcot isn't a museum. Disney is an entertainment company and while many of us here look at Epcot as an educational opportunity I don't think the general public does anymore. I can understand them being cautious. Please proceed thoughtfully everyone :)

The hole in the wall serves alcohol, it's the bar area to the left of Cooke's. It also serves as an outdoor seating location for Cooke's, I really hope that expanded seating either indoor or outdoor is in the plan.

While I agree that you're unlikely to find any hipster that agrees to liking "let it go" I can imagine there are plenty of non hipsters who just don't care for it. I know there's at least one ;) Do you also think people who buy organic produce are dirty hippies? ;)
