Not sure if anyone mentioned this, but Port Orleans Riverside bus stop near the lobby has this in place as of a few weeks ago.

Nothing real scary about any of them. My son rode them both at the age of 4 and loved them. But depends on the kid.

We always hit up the Character Warehouse in the Premium Outlets at the beginning of our trip. That way the kids' "craving" to buy something has hopefully worn off at a much more reasonable price. There are some decent deals to be found here as well.

Only after you use your first three, then see if you can get a parade FP+. The only way I would recommend doing it. Side Note: Cast Members work hard to keep people out of the FP+ parade area, props to them.
