There was no official live stream in 2017, and technically speaking no one is supposed to record it or stream it. That being said, last D23 I found someone live streaming it on periscope and watched it live on there. I’m sure there will be people live streaming even though they aren’t supposed to.

@marni1971 has said theres currently no attraction for Brazil. So, unless something has changed, which I hope it has, I wont get my hopes up for a boat ride.
