    What did you do?

Not a bit of exercise this whole weekend. But 7 hour (plus sleepover) 14 year old bday party at my house followed by 60 person work party at my house. Need to run, workout or just sleep tomorrow. :(

    What did you do?

Fun. I haven't run on a treadmill in a while. Not sure I could go back. Unless it snows. Thanks. Yes my knee and i have an understanding. It will be irritating but not painful. In exchange I will baby it some. All parties are satisfied.

    What did you do?

Who knew?!?! Cool. I almost went to the movies. Instead I ran 2+ miles to the gym and worked out for an hour and walk back home to 1.5 hours of yard work.

    What did you do?

What I would give. We are all so depressed here. Some people came for Seattle and felt right at home. Today and tomorrow are 50s and rain. It's June!!!

    What did you do?

7 miles in the cool rain. We may never have summer in Boston this year but will be good for running.

    What did you do?

2.5 miles for our local Town Day road race. Placed decently as a result of getting older... I ate enough donuts after to make up for any calories lost. :)

    What did you do?

I'll tell you in September if it was worth the effort. Need to learn how to train to run 3x in 36 hours. Past runners have said just train for a 1/2. Don't know all my team mates yet, but have a feeling 36 hours together will help. Gonna convince wife we need a nice easy 5 or 10 k in WDW soon.

    What did you do?

3 miles yesterday. Gym workout today. And I agreed to join a Ragnar relay team in September which means I need to start upping my mileage again. Not sure what I was thinking. Still want to do a 5k or longer in WDW but that will have to wait.

Disney Quest to close in July 2017

The real question is how long until the new place closes? It is doomed from day one!

    What did you do?

Nice and easy pain free 3 miles in the light mist. Lovely. I wrote a whole post on it in the DLR thread. Long and short, there are aspects of of both that I prefer. Hyperspace mountain was awesome. I think, though, I might prefer WDW. The DLR castle was way too small! :)

    What did you do?

Long time away from here. Rehabbing knee has been slow with setbacks. Much much better though such that I'm able to get 7-10 miles a week. And yesterday had my longest run of the year at 5 miles. But most excitingly (and non running related) had our first DLR visit in April. Alas no WDW or...

Guide to DLR for WDW Veterans!

We were you. We however has 2.5 days. It depends on your style. We were relaxed, enjoyed seeing what we could and skipped what we couldn't. We felt like 2.5 days was good enough and 2 would have been fine too. More is always better of course. :)

DLR first visit from the eyes of a WDW veteran

DLR was fabulous but has nothing similar to compare to EPCOT. The world showcase, for example, may only have two rides but has much to offer that is not ride-based.

DLR first visit from the eyes of a WDW veteran

It was very easy to hop parks. If you've been to Universal Orlando, I'd say the DLR gates are even closer. We actually hopped 6 times one day chasing fast passes. Epcot is probably bigger in area than all of DLR. As for relaxing, that is a function of crowds and you. It was crowded and we...
