Hmm I'm wondering if they are still very strict for Tron now since it has been open for a while now. I mean if you have a valid reason (Dining reservation conflicting) then I don't see why it would be a problem to let those people on.

See last year when we went in December of 2022, we were 3 hours late to our Guardians VQ due to our Dining reservation being at the same time as the VQ and they let us on. But apparently some people are saying they are really strict with the 1 hours window for Tron now. Don't know how true that...

Does @marni1971 have any videos like this about Horizons, World of Motion, Universe of Energy or any of the other original Epcot attractions? Sadly I have never seen any of them as my first visit to Epcot was around 2006 and I was a child at the time. Amazing video by the way, thanks for sharing.

Just to confirm, I went way back on Blog Mickey and found when they first started construction and the article is January 12th, 2022. So it has actually been a year and a half and they still are not done.

My family is what your describing. Our first time going when Guardians was open was during Christmas time in 2022. So we only experienced the ride with the "Run Run Rocket" instead of the original songs. We are going this fall to finally experience it with the original songs for the first time...

Ah gotcha, I see it now too. Very interested to see when the central core will open up. I'm assuming they can open up the core without opening up the new Meet and Greet building but I'm not sure they would.

It is wild how much underutilized space and shuttered buildings that Disney has. But they keep retheming or "reimagining" existing buildings and rides instead of opening the shuttered buildings to increase capacity and things to do.

Heres to hoping more walls will be down by the first week of September when my family and I go. I highly doubt JOW will be open, but at least there is a lot more walls down than the last time we went. We went when none of Guardians or Connections or Club Cool or anything like that was open.

Wow, I wish I could have experienced the original ride. It is very sad that they changed it before a new generation of fans could enjoy it except through videos. Yeah I haven't brought myself to watch a video of Journey Into Your Imagination. Is it worse than the ride that we currently have?
