We went for 5 days in December, and I was ready the moment ADRs opened up for days 61-65 using the "60 +10" rule. No Ohana availability at all, no Space 220 availability at all, most of what we wanted was nothing unavailable. This is just another reason why we won't be going back to Disney...

Well, if enough of it gets out there, then hopefully sooner or later it has to have an impact. I personally believe that I may have impacted a few against going to Disney anytime soon and it is not about to stop.

That is for sure. We went last month, and I can say the following: - Saw plenty of stuff I wanted to buy, but because you can no longer send packages back to your resort and would have to carry everything around all day...well...let us just say that I did not buy much like I usually would have...

That's crazy. I could not get Ohana or Space 220 but got Steakhouse 71. Go figure.

We have stayed Club Level twice at the Contemporary resort. Absolutely loved it. But now that the entire tower is all child rooms, and the price point in this video is right on the mark.

Concur fully. But it is all they have now, so may as well give it a try. Concur again. I hate that part. But I feel that if I try it once then it may make it easier to forgo in the future. At least I won't have to buy it every night as well. To me, that just fully makes it into a kid's game.

No, I have never had a bad trip to Disney. Maybe a few poor experiences but never a bad trip. Yes, I have seen the perks go away and the money grabbing schemes that Chapek has instituted. It is far past this board that I get bad news and poor opinions about Disney these days. Lots of stuff on...

Well, as I said in a different post, perhaps this will be a swan song trip that, if it is that bad now, will make it easier to stop going in the future. I have not actually been since 2018 so need to experience in person before I can stop.

Good Post. Well said. Yep, that is me in a nutshell. You can no longer plan a good trip to Disney and know in advance that you are going to have a good time...just go and hope for the best. Roger that!

I doubt this time around. Chapek is doing horrible and permanent damage to the Disney brand that I believe will never be undone. I am already planning our 2023 trip for Universal and Seaworld. Need to visit NASA someday. Disney is going downhill with no end in sight.

IRT that, I have never been to the TTC without going through the parking booths and actually parking. Is there a separate way for Taxi/Uber to get there or will they simply let them through? Even then, how do they get by the "parking police" and where will they drop you off? Would it be near...
