    First time September visit

Labor Day and the few days after always seem very low in attendance, but still Toy Story Mania has at least 65 minute waits. We walked right on Space Mountain numerous times during our few days just after labor day.

    Wildlife Express Train closing?

I finally took the train for the first time last fall, it was a nice ride back to Rafiki's. I personally don't see them getting ride of the train there unless there are some massive plans that will eliminate Rafki's to the general public and keep it as a "backstage" area.

    Beauty and the Beast rumor

I do see potential at that site for a good sized dark ride. However, didn't they just add on a building to the back of the stage area of BATB recently(last year or so?) If there were plans to do something there I couldn't see them tacking on a building if it was coming down in the upcoming year...

Rich Manhattan moms hire handicapped tour guides so kids can cut lines at Disney World

I thought I've seen it all. So does this mean the next time I'm down at WDW I could hire myself out for $110/hour, rent a scooter and do the same thing? This just opens up a can of worms for anyone to try doing this now.(by the way, I'd never stoop so low to try it even if I eventually may need...

Disney launch 'Limited Time Magic' for Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort in 2013

I've given up on any hopes of something appealing for LTM. After seeing the winterland photo stop in Canada at Epcot in January, it was downhill from there with the exception of Long Lost friends. But, shouldn't they have those long lost friends out and about on a regular basis anyways?

What Happens When You Kiss Minnie's Hand and does "Andy's Coming!" Exist?

My question with Minnie and Mickey is how they get their noses to move up and down and make their loud kissing sound??

Tell me about your experience moving to Orlando

After this last brutal winter here in Wisc. after a very mild one the year before, it makes me think twice about how many more of these extended winters I want to go through.:(

Visit WDW AFTER the construction is done or during or both?

I have been going at least once a year since the FLE started and it is really neat to see the progress. It is really cool to see how the mine train is coming along and down the road I will have pictures to look back at to see how it all came together. The last major one I remember seeing as a...

    Hernia and still going!!!

Yep, I've done it. The only time it really was aggrevating was getting out of the ride vehicles on Space Mountain. Otherwise I took it easy and walked slower than normal. I did get more people watching in on park benches too!:D

Typhoon Lagoon closing next week for refurbishment

At least they are doing it now and not in the middle of July when the crowds are peaking. I could still see Blizzard Beach getting close to capacity while this is being done.

    NextGen/RFID news, info and experiences

While it was fairly new, I used the Wi-Fi the MK back in January. I didn't have very much luck with it on my Android phone. I actually had better results using the 3G. Does anyone know if this has been addressed? When they fully go full throttle with this new system, it would be good to have...

Dreams Come Alive and MSEP rebuild

That would be pretty neat to have fountains in the moat. If they added them all around it, the center of the hub would give you a 360 degree show. Not sure if they still do it, but while at Disneyland back a few years, they used to fire off fireworks from the rooftops of the buildings on Main...

    Blown Away By Prices

That is exactly what we did. We had stayed at Contemporary and then decided that it was crazy spending that amount of money per night, so we visited DVC, loved it, and bought in. Since then, we have added on BLT and love it. We buy the AP and get at least twice a year out of it. We also hopped...

    Main Street Electrical Parade

If you can get near the barbershop, it is neat the see them guide the floats out and the charecters are performing on the floats back there since they are across the "yellow line".

    What is WRONG with people????

The one that bothers me is people taking flash pictures in POTC. It ruins the setting and it usually is people taking pics of Captain Jack Sparrow. Another one that ruins the mood is Haunted Mansion with the floating head.

Tickets now on sale for Night of Joy, Not-So-Scary, Very Merry Christmas parties

Speaking of MNSSHP, have they ever thought of turning Hollywood Studios into a more teen/adult type Halloween party? Use an empty soundstage and build a couple good haunted attractions and have scary streetmosphere actors/actresses out and about. I have been to Six Flags Fright Fest and if...

    AVATAR progress

I'd really like to see more monorails throughout the resort. But by them adding more bus stops at the MK, that is looking less likely in the near future. I'd rather be crammed on a monorail anyday over a crammed bus.

    Star Wars Land

I can see something happening, most of the parade buildings are just tin sheds anyways so there isn't any major loss there. Also, I could still see them expanding pixar place soon

Disney introduces Electric Standing Vehicles for guests with disabilities

I know there are people that really do need these due to serious medical, age and whatnot. But remember, obesity is not a disease, it is a choice and therefore would they please stay off of these new devices. Otherwise we will have this all over the parks:
