We feel your pain. We paid the $250..00 'placeholder' fee for a future cruise and a promised 10% discount. We just received an unsolicited e-mail regarding our 'cancellation' and a refund. I tried speaking with two different cruise representatives. Both of them gave the official line about...

It's been mentioned before, but, why would anyone want to drag their luggage across the terminal to a train platform, wait for a train to take them to Disney Springs, then hopefully, catch a bus to their resort hotel. Everyone knows what Disney transportation looks like during normal times, now...

Agreed. It really is sad when you compare the previous experience, that has since been gutted for an indoor coaster. It's similar to trashing the space that was once the Great Movie ride and replacing it with a runaway train. 😪
