From what I've heard along the grapevine from people I know at Studios, my understanding is that the steamboat is MIA until further notice.

True, but it all depends on how many boats they're running. I'll ask around to see what the number is, if my peeps know.

It's now 4 rows of 3. If there is a single rider, they will get a row to themselves. If someone is really chubby, only two people in that row. A few days ago, they tested the boats with 16 people. It didn't just estop, the boat completely bottomed out.

To sum it up, nope. From what my peeps have told me from the Epcot CM preview, it's only 12 people per boat (I think that's reduced from before) with a capability of running 9 or 10 boats at once. As for efficiency....lolz. It's still only grouping one boat at a time for two at 28 second...

Awesome work, but false. All attractions are under the same exact ratio. It's a system that's incredibly flawed, but it's true. The way it depends on how many people are pumped through are via the Phases: 1, 2 and 3. Basically, the higher the number, the higher number of FP parties come through.
