    WDW literally falling apart

Maybe WDW could keep PeopleMover open while totally refurbing SM by building bypass track that keep PM out of SM altogether. Unlikely since it costs $$$$ but doable.

Hurricane Ian expected to impact Florida (updates and related discussions)

    Isn't Poly closing for hurricane?

    Poll: Is Galaxy’s Edge Great(and a success)?

Maybe Disney should try to hire, from UO, the excellent storytellers who designed HP land, and task them to plus GE. Nah, it'd cost too much in salary and capex. No to both.

News Zootopia and Moana Blue Sky concepts for Disney's Animal Kingdom

A giant Sasquatch inside a mountain is really realistic too!

News EPCOT's Harmonious to be replaced with new nighttime spectacular Luminous

Expecting less earth focus, more an extended Disney advertisement.

News Figment meet and greet returning to EPCOT at Walt Disney World in a 'whole new way'

Upon the word of one "leader", those who fondly remember JIYI, and countless others, could enjoy the return of the Dreamfinder AND Figment. Too bad this is unlikely to ever happen.

    Disney Pools

Recently saw a post that is was so, but that was not our prior experience at CR, Poly, and TL. It seems like things change, however. Perhaps all are.

News 'Disney Enchantment' coming to Magic Kingdom October 1 2021

Maybe TDO is planning on the eventual weather-related destruction of the projectors by leaving them outside. Sounds akin to how they disposed of the Spectro parade.

    Need help w/ 1st deluxe experience - 1st on-site visit in a long time

Choice of deluxe resort should probably be driven by who, in your party, the resort choice will most impact. Different choices for adults versus children (i.e. quantity and target age of theming). Having stayed at CR (garden wing and tower), Poly, and BC (others not deluxe), for younger ages...

    Late for an important date....

Sounds like your 10:30 res may turn out to be closer to 11. If you want to sit, relax, and leisurely digest the food, perhaps checking in spot on at 10:30 makes the most sense.

    "What would Walt do?"

The meaning of "plus" has been co-opted as a way to make more $ as any business is likely to do. Perhaps it is time to either change the word for increasing the value of your WDW experience than simply falling into their trap of what "plus" means today.

    "What would Walt do?"

It is CALLED TWDC, that does not mean it ACTS as if it is still run by WED himself. It might as well be called General Entertainment for a Profit Inc and the question of what Walt would or would not do becomes as irrelevant as it appears to be today.

Changing # of guests down in reservations

Know that changing reservation may move you from a 4-top table to a 2-top (couple) table and, depending on price, it may be worth it to keep reservation at 3 and just pay extra for missed party, not including prix fixe.

Family of 4 but kids don't want to sleep in same bed

Budget may not allow, but two bathrooms with two rooms is a HUGE benefit in addition to solving your sleeping mathematics.

Does DCL ever change routes? Travel Warning issued for Mexico.

When on Med cruise, first stop was supposed to be Tunisia. At that time, that country was undergoing a revolution. Last minute shuffle to change order of ports to make Malta first and Palermo (not originally scheduled) to take spot of second port with Tunis being completely dropped. Same cruise...
