There are some cool parts um during the ride vehicle part - though a lot of them are effects not really driven by the ride vehicle (the lightsaber in the elevator, the laser blasts leaving scorch marks .... Though being trackless allows for much of the two level part of the AT-AT scene

WDW also got several withing a short period of time and 2 of them at the same park. If MMRR, Rise, and Remy were out more across like 10 years vs 18 months or whatever it was might not feel as overdone - but agree, seemed the default / easy go to

They seemed to largely avoid the warehouse feel with Mystic Manor though, so can be done Just have more set pieces that the cars have to navigate I think helps it a bit so the rooms don't seem like just boxes Some scenes in Remy do ok (the food/fridge scene) it others do feel wharehouseish

The setting involves it being a co-op, as we head to Tiana's Food which was built at an old salt mine But the plot/story/actual adventure doesn't focus on it

Really hard to tell - especially thinking how long they usually do previews for (6 weeks+) would mean for a July 1 opening they would be starting previews in May, which feels very soon. If I had to guess I would say previews will be going on when you are there but the ride isn't fully open to...

I did hear a report they are checking when people go to get online and use the DAS that the person who actually got the DAS is with them So stopping all the grandkids using it without grandma who is the one that qualifies for the DAS

sounds like DHS is really bad today - lots of downtime for rides. Not saying that excuses it, but some extenuating circumstances

I am sure the biggest part is rides going down but could part of it be the crowd attracted to Marathon weekend being less families with little kids more "Disney Adults" and so more drawn to DHS then MK, etc?

definitely saw a good amount of Mario and Peach ... I think the costume I saw the most was Wednesday Adams though

We are thinking of doing a trip late summer 2025 for Epic Universe - kids are definitely most excited for Nintendo land ... HP stuff to some extent. That is about it - they've never seen any of the monster movies or how to train your dragon (maybe the first one years ago) I am mostly curious...

I also think the post it for what it will be if you see that time then start walking and then get there. obviously the people at the very front of rope drop and first in line won't be waiting that long - but if you were at the front of the park just getting in, so at the back of the rope drop...

and gets even messier if your party is a mixture of people with APs and those that have day tickets, even if all staying together onsite
