My company is sending me to the Disney institute in December. This is my first time to the institute (I am a seasoned Disney vet though)and I was wondering if anyone could share their tips or experiences they have had.

I was there a couple of weeks ago at about 8 pm and it was still a 1 1/2 hour wait. Great place but they have to find their groove because everything seemed forced to me. Disneylands version is still my favorite.
