I'm not sure it is. I believe a portion of Soarin's queue is where Food Rocks and Kitchen Kaberet used to sit. They could have spent some extra money and kept Food Rocks, but they chose not to. That said, I do like Soarin; it doesn't belong in in The Land, but its a good attraction.
