yes many people have a bunch as Disney sends you new ones with every stay. The only thing to consider is that the long range rfid battery lasts approx 2 years, so the band will work forever for room key and FP use but the band will eventually not function for things like ride photos.

Your AP's are not attached to the band they are attached to your MDE account. So all cards and bands attached to your MDE will work once you activate your AP.

We just went to guest relations. I atually called because we did not get a new band order and was told it would trigger when we turned in our renewal certificates, which is exactly what happened.

We had to bring our renewal certificate to guest relations this year for the renewal, we got new cards and it triggered our ability to order our new bands

Most rides now have wheelchair accessible queues, or alternate entrance, so you can wheel the chair right up to the ride and only have to get out at the ride platform and they will move your chair to the exit platform so its waiting for you when you get off.

The GAC no longer exists, the replacement is the DAS which basically gives you a return time equal to standby time minus 10 minutes. Because most of the queues are now wheelchair accessible they normally don't give a DAS for being in a wheelchair.
