The trip didn't start until the 11th, but Tim and I both took this day off of work as a vacation before the vacation. He dropped the kids off at daycare in the morning, and it was so nice to be able to sit and drink our coffee together in silence. We intended on already being packed...

We stayed off site for my first two trips (one as a kid and then for our honeymoon). I am 100% a bubble person, however, we stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for our honeymoon so I would stay out of the bubble for that again!

Oh, yes, flying Allegiant out of GRR! It was so much cheaper than flying to MCO, and it's a direct flight. Plus, with the cost of a rental car, it was still cheaper than Southwest. I'm sad that we don't have DME, but I'll survive.
