Well, standing in Universal Studios as I type this I can honestly say this park is dead. Gringrotts says 25 minute wait but it was a walk on for me ten minutes ago. Maybe some of the people at WDW should visit this park and see all the money Comcast spent?

Update on this. I didn't get a bounce back in mh packet so I just went down to the front desk and asked. They didnt give me a free food offer but I did get a room discount code that 35/25/15% off for the usual resorts. If you dont get the physical offer just ask.

Starting my second week here and we have yet to get a free food bounce back offer on the nightstand when in the past we used to get them the next day after we arrived. Could free food offers be done? The parks are so busy now they probably dont need them anymore.

Audio is really loud in both the cars we used. The show sequence on the way up was dramatically sharper and vivid which had me wondering if it was high def. Also thd third dimension sequence was in great shape. The ride pic that is shown was actually from the car I was in.

As I sit here in All Star Sports I can honestly say the CM's I have encountered have been fantastic. Unless I'm magically being singled out and getting the best of the best, which I doubt, it still seems the best customer service in Florida begins and ends at WDW.
