I think an important part of success today deals with how a movie makes a cultural impact (social media and general buzz). Encanto had that in spades.

Even though it pains me, people have this wrong. It’s not “gee why can’t Disney build this cars ride somewhere else and save the rivers of America”. Disney wants to get rid of the rivers of America, and for whatever reason, settled on this IP to do it. It is Splash all over again.

I think you will see them announce something at next year’s D23. I think it could easily take over the pixar film theatre next to Figment. Give some love to the whole area. Not everything needs a ride per se but clearly these movies do well and deserve more of a park presence.

Why not use the Monster University gates as an entranceway? I know they are different movies but it would be effective.

I am surprised Ducktales never got a ride somewhere. It lends itself to a dark ride treatment so easily.

My only thought: what if Monsters can utilize a smaller footprint but say Zootopia cannot and that is why they are saving AC. I do not want to lose Muppets but would appreciate two new expansions over one.
