The Food Truck park is hardly creepy or desolate.

In-park food options are already offered in Downtown disney at the food trucks.

I thought there were two going in at the intersection of Hotel Plaza & Buena Vista Drive. One crosses Hotel Plaza only, just west of the intersection. The second would cross Buena Vista Drive, from the first overpass over to Downtown Disney. Pedestrians coming from the Hilton or Holiday Inn...

My guess is the pillars you see are the supports for the replacement bridge that will go there.

The concept art shows a similar looking bridge that crosses the springs there, slightly further east and at more of an angle than the existing bridge.

Besides the clubs, all the numerous shops on Pleasure Island were Disney owned and were converted to 3rd party places.

Even off season it seems like there are always tons of groups, particularly Brazilian, dining there. But my understanding is that they've been through several management changes the past few years and that's usually not a sign of profitability.

Yes, but we don't know what yet. All those restaurants are going to have to offer something to generate revenue from 10PM to 2AM. There's just not a lot of people dining that late but plenty of people looking for night life.

Just wondering, but how is it that your company opened a store in Downtown Disney since you're based up north? Did one of the owners suddenly decide that DTD would be a great place to open a new location or did Disney approach your company about opening there?

Some are flip flops, some are those casual no-lace shoes like Tom's shoes which are sold in the Curl store. So like any good mall, lots of shoe stores.
