I’d keep the Miracosta (entrance) but also include variations of 20k (themed lazy river/dark ride?) and Journey (flume or water coaster)

I feel that the DisneySea concept lends itself well to a water park. Throw in a volcano weenie (ala Volcano Bay[t]) with some slides and Jules Verne theming, and areas based on New York, Mediterranean, and Latin America (though one might have to be a later addition)

Remember when DisneySea was almost planned to be built in Long Beach? Maybe we could make something similar within this resort (water park?)

Currently thinking of putting the second park in the original parking lot (save some room for hotels), I think a water park could also work for this resort (north of the hotel?) but I want to hear other’s opinions for land usage first

You could still build in that south parking lot where DCA is, but that might be unoriginal. How big would this be?

How about: some lands at Universal? Like a combination of Harry Potter and Nintendo? Or Jurassic Park and Dr Seuss? Or some of the city based lands? Possibilities are practically endless Maybe there could be combinations of lands from Disney and Universal, including international lands

I was going to say this team has given off Survivor Redemption Island/Edge of Extinction/Exile Island (the twist) vibes, but at least this comp does not involve strategy or players voted off after every round
