My takeaway is AK seems very busy, EPCOT and DHS...
I'm guessing cleanup crew would prioritize MK and EPCOT over DHS and AK for the capacity? With how few people are probably actually at the resort, I'm guessing they could get away with just opening those two parks tomorrow and spend Friday cleaning up AK and DHS?

Disney has decided to open the parks up today for limited hours. Those workers will there regardless of if guests come or not. I don't blame any guests that have nowhere else to go but WDW for going to the parks today.
I mean honestly, if you are already at Disney, are unable to leave (lack of rental car, flights cancelled), why not pop into the parks until 1-2 pm.
I agree they should have canceled their trips/ evacuated like 2 days ago, but at this point they might have no where they can go.
Small peanuts compared to people needing to be safe, but some interesting wait times this morning at 10am:
30 mins: Tron, TSMM, MFSR, Meet Anna and Elsa
20 mins: SDD, Remy, Na'vi
15 mins: Meet Tiana/visiting princess, Meet M&M in AK, Meet Cindy/princess
Everything else is 10 or less
If anyone is interested here are some live webcams of the Tampa are https://www.fox13news.com/live-webcams

I was curious so I checked flying fish availability for the next 10 days.
No availability on 9th and 10th, but there is availability every other day...
Yup no need for a worse flying fish in the area
I kind of wonder if the person in charge of WDW operations has a direct line to USO operations, Sea World Operations, and maybe Legoland operations. Obviously, all competitors, but I'm sure the major tourist hubs want to have similar stances.
