Regarding the freezing. 1) I just emailed them asking if they freeze the cakes between Kissimmee and the boardwalk 2) They do freeze any of their products that are sent out for delivery. So, the freezers at the kitchen do NOT mean that the products at the boardwalk were frozen...

I'm not saying you are wrong. I'm just curious where you got your information that they are frozen between the kitchen and the store? Why wouldn't they just send them fresh in a refrigerated truck?

If anyone is interested, the commercial kitchen is 4890 Industrial Ln, Kissimmee, FL 34758 (I think) which is just under 14 miles to the Cake Bake shop I personally don't think a 30-45 min drive in a refrigerated truck is going to make a huge difference in freshness, but I am certainly no expert.

Not exactly holiday related, but they are running 6:30pm Fantasmics on Jollywood nights. Very nice option for those traveling with young children.
