It’s not execs in that building, that’s what Team Disney is for. This building is full of office and technical departments, some specific for DHS and some that are global. Most could probably be moved to one of the buildings in Celebration, but this is a very active and functioning office complex.

Makes sense why all of a sudden they decided some of the old facades back there needed removed a few months ago. Rizzos only opens for lunch, the shops never reopened. It’s a goner.

What’s problematic is trying to get guests to the other side of it. There’s no where to build the paths needed for guest flow without altering the river and island. HM blocks the one side and TBA and BTM on the other.

My prediction is that the riverboat landing building will remain and repurposed for shopping or dining, I also predict the river will remain in places on a smaller scale along with additional water features like what they did in Disneyland, just not a complete loop. It looks like cars will be...

People are under the impression that the animation building is sitting empty and vacant and easy to demolish, which is not true

Lots of activity happening in and arrimions this building, looks like things are ramping up

Bob wants IO3, would be great synergy to open a new attraction at the same time

It makes as much sense as a monorail running through a Polynesian village or turn of the century beach resort

Just kill it already, the rooms are old and tacking the riviera tower on the one end ruined it

these are going to be a long way away from the lodge and it’s amenities

Seems right, mail lodge was done a couple years ago and boulder earlier this year
