Sorry for a stupid question, but does this mean for those who will be in the parks on the 24th they get to do this the 17th? Or does the whole thing begin on the 24th and that’s when you start for a trip on the 31st?

We purchased ours in the parks. The quality still wasn’t there.

We bought a cute Winnie the Pooh one for my daughter last year. Unfortunately, it was not made well and not worth the money. As soon as she put it on, the characters started to peel off. I hope they're making them better now so you don't waste your money like we did.
