I don't know if Disney is willing to risk a winner. Because for every winner, there is a family - likely with a little kid - who would have to lose to that other group of people.

As of now, I've got very little faith in this ride system. I'd be far more happy if the ride system was the Test Track ride system that Radiator Springs has. I like that ride system a lot, as I know it's capable of great speeds, sharp turns, and sudden stops. It's fun. I'm going to have to see...

Everyone who goes to the park "goes there" without stepping foot there. Your eyes go there, and your mind goes there.

An enormous sacrifice to the aesthetics of the park is about to happen. Huge, and unforgivable.

Uhhh... Exotic places are still exotic and potentially dangerous. Their more easy accessibility doesn't really change that. Why see a fake version in a Disney Park? Why ride a Cars ride in a Disney Park when you can just go off roading? The point of the park and the rides is that they are fun...

The size of WDW is also due to the fact that you have multiple parks. Staying on property - particularly in a resort served by monorail or boat - and park hopping is quite an amazing experience. It really is a whole world in there.

Another line that annoys me. I like change. I don't like seeing beautiful things destroyed in the process.

The Wilderness Lodge was built 30 years ago. Try looking at the Riviera or Poly Prison for a better idea of Disney's current level of theming.

In this case, I find the IP the only thing that makes this at all interesting. I don't think there would be much interest in some non branded off road car race in that location. I think that would go over worse, and people would really be scratching their heads as to why it was being done.

I agree with this. I don't believe we are in any danger of seeing let alone hearing anthropomorphic faced cars from Frontierland, nor the queue to Haunted Mansion.
