If it's a once in a lifetime, then I would say POR for 7 nights. Spend us much time in the parks as you can, and it's not like "settling" for POR is a bad thing. It's a really nice place. In addition, as others have mentioned you can do some park hopping anyway, and I suspect, you will love it...
