Was Magic Kingdom’s parking and transportation system a mistake?

a most worthy angle. I've been both a fly in to MCO every 3rd year type guest and a 15 minute drive to the parking lot super user Anual Pass local guest: when I wore my local hat it got annoying fast to the point that we commonly would avoid that park out of the 4.

Coronavirus and Walt Disney World general discussion

are you sure you don't get it? because I bet you actually do understand. public transportation(which many mask opposers use) was more or less the last holdout which adversely affected those of us who found the regulation arbitrary and unneeded.

Was Magic Kingdom’s parking and transportation system a mistake?

my memory must be off badly because I thought the train was noticeably further away. I did take the train and I don't remember it being so close. the vantage point above looks like it's less than 275'

Was Magic Kingdom’s parking and transportation system a mistake?

very good description nothing gradual, delicate and polite about it these days. An incremental closing with multiple night time shows like yesterday was the right way to get 58k guests out of the park. incrementalism, please

Thoughts about the progression of projection rides?

more like infield single due to a crazy hop, It is a hit, and I'll take it but it didn't really chase the pitcher from the game.

Was Magic Kingdom’s parking and transportation system a mistake?

yes, big time. But those resort line hotels and the resort line itself aren't really at the heart of the issue. The real issue is dealing with ferrying guests at a snail's pace due to docking, loading and unloading, limited boats in circulation and actual boating knots across the lake and a...

Was Magic Kingdom’s parking and transportation system a mistake?

here's the deal: going in I love it...........leaving, however I hate it to a greater extent than I love the arrival.........sheer frustration and chaos come ending of the night time show. Overall it hurts more than helps

Was Magic Kingdom’s parking and transportation system a mistake?

are you really concerned about what Disney pays out? as a guest what do you care? Now if you have a substantial financial stake in the operations then of course that's understandable; but I have a feeling you don't have

yeti legend/mystery and ultimately the reveal is the point of the attraction. the coaster is the conveyance, not the story just as Haunted Mansion is not about riding in an Omnimover----- Omni is merely the conveyance just as Pirates is not about riding in a boat----- boat is merely the...

Thoughts about the progression of projection rides?

It is woeful and approaches "Back To The Future" level visuals. And the last 2 times I went to the attraction I walked the amazing queue and skipped the ride.

Thoughts about the progression of projection rides?

Gringots Bank coaster epitomizes the above. I have to agree with the seamless screen approach to Navi River. Screens don't dominate; they compliment. I hate screens as a medium to tell story or saturate into the story but that application works as an exception.

Look,, if WDW is this crowded.. the OPEN A FIFTH PARK...

India would make for a terrible location.........way too many 3rd world conditions and a populous that collectively doesnt give a rip about a Disney park even among those percentage few with enough disposable income to pay entry, dine and shop

Look,, if WDW is this crowded.. the OPEN A FIFTH PARK...

India easily has the population to support but it is extremely impoverished as a whole. The bulk of people live at a subsistence level. Same with Brazil. Australia, Singapore and S. Korea have the opposite conditions: enough wealth and living standard and a Disney appetite to go with it but not...
