We've eaten at R&C many, many times - our reservations always coincide with Illuminations as its a great spot to watch the show from. As your reservation won't stretch until Illuminations then I'd pick CdF - I've never eaten here but imagine the food choices to be better than R&C.

Looks like a neat idea - however...... A person sat in a chair takes up more surface space than a person standing. The length of line will be probably 2-3 times as long using chairs than if everybody stood up. Disney parks just haven't got that amount of free space

Other than in exceptional circumstances Park Hours are released BEFORE the ADR 180 day point. You can search on this site for HISTORIC park hours which will give you a rough guide to future hours. As @sxeensweet states, the hours are always subject to change right up to the day of your visit
