The World's Most Magical Celebration - Walt Disney World's 50th anniversary

Some more details on this: According to Disney, it is due to their inventory shortages and will apply to the following collections indefinitely, though Disney does say they "Hope to be able to reinstate the Cast discount on these products at a later date when we are in a better inventory...

The World's Most Magical Celebration - Walt Disney World's 50th anniversary

A week after dedicating the Mickey and Minnie statues to Cast Members saying they are the "Heart of the magic" Disney has apparently today once again shown its true colours removing Cast Member discounts from newly released Merchandise. I've heard a few people say the first part today about the...

The World's Most Magical Celebration - Walt Disney World's 50th anniversary

I've heard inklings and murmurs the cast has been called back for Festival of Fantasy and late-night rehearsals have begun.

New Cirque du Soleil 'Drawn to Life' show in development to replace La Nouba

Looks like the show will debut on November 18th 2021, and Disney pressed "Start Campaign" too early...

News Expect closure of Hong Kong Disneyland and Shanghai Disneyland to impact Walt Disney World

So Tokyo Disney has further extended its closures and OLC will announce a new opening date by mid-May. Surely this can't mean good things for the US parks then, Japan is arguably one of the most successful countries in dealing with this crisis currently and even they keep pushing their...

News Expect closure of Hong Kong Disneyland and Shanghai Disneyland to impact Walt Disney World

Yep it's up officially on the TDR website now, it's interesting to see Shanghai starting to partially open while Tokyo is extending it's closure. I feel with it now being declared a Global Pandemic we won't be seeing parks reopen anytime soon...

News Expect closure of Hong Kong Disneyland and Shanghai Disneyland to impact Walt Disney World

Didn't Disney manage to work around it as that was to do with indoor venues where most of Disney is "Outside" so you can average out the guests and on paper, there shouldn't be more than 1k inside one building at a time (Even though there probably is). If anyone can find a loophole it's Disney!

News Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser coming to Walt Disney World 2021

YouTube Negativity is all part of the job nowadays, you grow immune of it eventually and just focus on the positives! In regards to the Kylo Ren attack, whilst I believe I originally read it from a website quoting the site that shall not be named, through further research I managed to find some...

News Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser coming to Walt Disney World 2021

This is actually my video, it's weird to see some content I made when scrolling through one of my favourite sites! Everything stated in the video has a source behind it so if there's anything you want to know specifically about where I got the info or any questions in general feel free to ask...

News Expect closure of Hong Kong Disneyland and Shanghai Disneyland to impact Walt Disney World

https://www.shanghaidisneyresort.com/en/ Some parts of the Shanghai Disney Resort are reopening as of today, whilst still no official word on the park itself opening I can see this being a good starting point and test for reopening in the next few weeks (Hopefully!).

News Expect closure of Hong Kong Disneyland and Shanghai Disneyland to impact Walt Disney World

The Tokyo Disney Resort is pretty much pure profit for Disney though, someone else pays for everything and they reap the licensing fees. Disney is only losing money with Tokyo being closed with Shanghai and Hong Kong they will be saving some money with wages and such even though they'll still...

News Expect closure of Hong Kong Disneyland and Shanghai Disneyland to impact Walt Disney World

This decision of mine hasn't aged well... The chance of it reopening in two weeks seems unlikely, as that's when Spring Break starts in Japan and there will be a ton of students out and about every day.

News Expect closure of Hong Kong Disneyland and Shanghai Disneyland to impact Walt Disney World

That's exactly what has happened to me, we originally had a trip booked to Shanghai Disneyland in April but have switched our plans to now visit Tokyo for the opening of Beauty and the Beast instead. Luckily everything we booked (Including on-site accommodation) included free cancellations.

The history of Disney's (and America's) longest runnning stage show - The Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue

A look back at the (Almost) 45 year history of the amazing Hoop Dee Doo Revue at Walt Disney World. Anyone have any great family memories at the show? My favourite is always seeing the most stoic person in the room being picked for the "special ending" to Davy Crockett!
