I think it was around the 45 day mark. I’ve already completed my online check in for my upcoming trip in June.

I checked in at Beach Club at 8 am and my room was ready. I feel like that was just luck although I did do online check in and stated I would arrive around 8.

We are arriving a day early so I got a room for 1 night at all star movies before we go over to the boardwalk villas for the rest of our stay. It actually let me book my fast passes at 5:30am Thursday morning.

I’m going June 4-10 and DHS will be our 1st park day. I couldn’t get a FastPass so we are just doing rope drop. I tell my daughter we do what we can do. If we don’t get to ride that’s just something to do next time.

If you want the dining plan, the owner must get it for you. You have to either send your credit card info or purchase Disney gift card to pay them. That was why I did not get one for my June trip. As for tickets, there is a link on David’s for them but I purchased mine from Undercover Tourist...

I used Undercover Tourist to find a room for a 1 night stay in June. It’s not DVC but I got a room for less than the Disney website had it listed.

Touring Plans has a reservation finder. It will alert you when s reservation comes available. I used it last year to find a reservation for Sana’a.

You could also look at the Swan/ Dolphin.

The walk from Beach Club to Epcot is shorter than to DHS. You can take a boat to DHS if you don’t want to walk. Your kids will probably enjoy that too.

POFQ is wonderful. I’m also not a huge breakfast eater. I just got pastries from the quick service area for our breakfast. Make sure one morning to get some beignets. They are delicious.

I would also look at the swan / dolphin. I think they have family suites.

Boma is fantastic. I also love Cape May Cafe it is a seafood buffet.

I will also say Sanaa. This is my daughters favorite restaurant (she’s 11 now). Bread service is excellent. She got the lamb sosatie and loved it. She had never eaten lamb before. We also like Teppan Edo in Epcot.

You can go on David’s DVC rental website and use their cost calculator to price the room. I’m using it next year and my savings were substantial. You must be able to plan ahead of time though (not a problem for me I’m a bit of a planner). I also took out trip insurance in case something comes up

Have you looked at the “knee walkers”? I have 2 friends that have had major foot/ ankle surgery and they both used these. One just got back from universal.
