This would also be my suggestion....We made a priority seating WELL in advance of our trip and asked for the lower veranda area, and we were seated right next to the fence of the lagoon. GREAT, GREAT view of Illuminations!!!!

I'm sorry but I MUST disagree with this statement....Disney/MGM is my wife and my FAVORITE park!!! Of course we're both thrill ride buffs, and MGM has more of those than the other parks (it seems to me)...and I know PLENTY of other folks who feel the same....of course it's a matter of OPINION...
