If you have an Android phone, have you turned off the location permissions for the app and also turned off the location on your phone? This allows me to at least select the park I need, although I can't proceed further without a valid ticket.

That's true but they'd still ship them to the hotel if you left it until 10 days before the trip, something like that but that's now stopped.

I'm going to see how the VPN pans out, it seems to work for everything except the pre ordered magic bands. We're staying at Wilderness Lodge next year and won't hesitate to cancel it. So frustrating they are even annoying folk who are willing to pay for it.

I'm not sure about iPhones, but when I open the app with my location turned off, I receive a message asking if I want to enable location services. I just select no thanks.

The VPN functions well when used through the app. We have successfully booked dessert parties using it in the past without any problems. However, I am hesitant to rely solely on the VPN. It is so frustrating, I don't get this policy at all.

If this is true it's an absolute disgrace, what's the point of staying on site if you can't take advantage of the early window and then potentially all the headliners gone on the day, absolutely no chance. If true that's a definite cancellation for next year.
