At the right-hand end of the charts, there's a column showing the "average" value of a credit at that restaurant (in other words, the price of the average entree + beverage + dessert at a TS, or entree + drink at a CS), and another column showing the "maximum" value of a credit at that restaurant (meaning, the price if you were to order to most expensive entree, drink and/or dessert).
