If you visit this page and scroll way, way down, you'll see a spreadsheet-style chart of all the WDW restaurants that participate in the DDP -- first a TS chart, then a CS chart.

At the right-hand end of the charts, there's a column showing the "average" value of a credit at that restaurant (in other words, the price of the average entree + beverage + dessert at a TS, or entree + drink at a CS), and another column showing the "maximum" value of a credit at that restaurant (meaning, the price if you were to order to most expensive entree, drink and/or dessert).

If you want to at least break even on the DDP, then that means you need to limit yourself to restaurants with a "maximum" credit value of $59 or more for TS, and $23 or more for CS. As you'll see, there aren't a large proportion of restaurants that fit the bill.
