I see the discussion beginning last Friday. My apologies for not seeing that earlier as CBC made the news alert today (not Friday), so I scanned the posts from today and missed it. As I said, mods should feel free to collapse or delete if they see fit. It still seems potentially significant enough to bump it out of the now 120+ page thread on a rumored monorail replacement. That can be their call.
