Hello!

Waiting in line for your favorite ride can be a real pain, right? Wrong! When it comes to WDW, the queues are immersive into the story and ride you are about to experience. I have always loved and appreciated Disney's focus on detail. My question is, what are your top 10 favorite ride queues in WDW? I was going to make a top 5 but with 4 parks, I figure it is only fair to extend it from top 5 to top 10. I would love to hear your input!

#1 - Pirates of the Carribean
#2 - Tower of Terror
#3 - Expedition Everest
#4 - Haunted Mansion
#5 - Splash Mountain
#6 - Dinosaur
#7 - The Seas with Nemo & Friends
#8 - Toy Story Mania
#9 - Rock n Roller Coaster
#10 - Space Mountain (pure nostalgia reasons only)

Honorable Mention - The Great Movie Ride (RIP)

3. Tower of Terror
4. Splash Mountain
5. Expedition Everest
6. Pirates of the Caribbean
7. Journey of the Little Mermaid
8. Peter Pan's Flight

10. Flight of Passage (though I haven't seen all the rooms!)

Love this topic!

1. Peter Pan's Flight - I just love the way it immerses you in the film
2. Pirates of the Caribbean - My favorite music ever (I frequently post about using the one hour music loops to help me concentrate)
3. Test Track - Just a neat concept to make a car while you wait
4. The Seas with Nemo and Friends - such a calming blue queue
5. Kali River Rapids - neat knickknacks, like an old school TGI Friday's
6. Frozen Ever After - it would be charming if it weren't so darn crowded
7. Splash Mountain - great music again, and nice theming too
8. Jungle Cruise - I still laugh at the corny jokes
9. Under the Sea - Journey of the Little Mermaid - it's cool when the interactive stuff and Scuttle are working
10. Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin - Yay! animatronic Buzz

1) Space Mountain (The music, the star windows, the nostalgia)
2) Haunted Mansion (The Stretching room part only...if that counts)
3) Pirates of the Caribbean
4) Under the Sea
5) It's a Small World (because I like all things sparkly)
6) Expedition Everest
7) The Tiki Room (The pre-show with the waterfall to me will always be amazing)
8) Mickey's Philharmagic (Think the atmosphere is just really cool)
9) Frozen
10) Rock n' Rollercoaster

I don't have a top ten, but one that pops up when I try to think of queues I have liked is the one for the original Test Track, with all its safety exhibits. During a 60 minute wait, I spent my time looking at the exhibits and reading the signs, and it kept me occupied and time flew by.

If I could pick an ultimate favorite queue from any Disney park, it would definitely have to be the queue in Disneyland's Indiana Jones Adventure.

As for WDW:
1. Tower of Terror
2. Pirates of the Caribbean
3. Seven Dwarves' Mine Train
4. Star Tours
5. Rock n' Roller Coaster
6. Expedition Everest
7. Peter Pan's Flight (although it makes me feel slightly claustrophobic)
8. Kali River Rapids
9. Under the Sea - Journey of the Little Mermaid
10. (reserving this for something from Pandora, which I still have not experienced)

Hmmm..............good one.

1: Pirates (WDW) - Almost feels like you are actually going into a different world the way it builds you up along the way. Definitely a better queue than Disneyland.
2: Tower of Terror - Again, it just builds up the suspense as the theming is perfect
3: Haunted Mansion - Nostalgic reasons, plus it sets the mood
4: Country Bear Jamboree - Purely for nostalgic reasons
5: Splash Mountain - Not good if you are not comfortable with confined spaces, but sets the mood
6: Dinosaur - Sets the mood as well
7: Small World - Sets the mood, very uplifting
8: Maelstrom - It was different and unique when it was open
9: Hall of Presidents - Like the pictures of the Presidents
10: One Man's Dream - Lots of things to look at before the show

Ok at least 3 of you have Peter Pan in your top ten----one put it as the best queue
I find these assessments mind boggling. What is special about it? There are no show elements, it's outdoors bordering the busy Fantasyland crowds, there are no AA's, no reveal or buildup to the ride. All we get are 3 or 4 unthemed switchbacks before loading on the flying boats.

Cute ride for sure and well worth our time but its queue is perhaps in the top 10 of least impressive I say. Compared to the likes of a flight of passage or Tower of Terror there is nothing worthy about it.

This is hard! In no particular order:
1. Flight of Passage
2. Star Tours
3. Voyage of the Little Mermaid
4. Pirates
5. Frozen
6. Monsters inc. Laugh Floor
7. Splash Mountain
8. Toy Story Midway Mania
9. Expedition Everest
10. Peter Pan

Great idea! Hmm..
1. Splash
2. Peter Pan
3. Frozen
4. Midway Mania
5. Buzz
6. Expedition Everest
7. Pirates
8. Haunted Mansion
9. Space Mountain
10. Test Track

I love the Aerosmith show before the ride, but my gosh do I hate waiting in that heat with a few small fans blowing. Also, this was just an idea, but I sort of see Main Street USA as the ultimate "queue" of sorts. Walking up Main Street is the ultimate primer to a fun day at MK. I mean, I can't think of a more iconic view. Each step gets a little closer to some of my favorite experiences and memories. Granted, I think Main Street is so much more than a street connecting the entrance to the attractions, but I do thing it serves both purposes. Like I said, nothing gets me more excited for MK than walking up Main Street seeing the castle and all the shops and smells. I think I need to plan another trip now!

Wow this is difficult. Great question

My top choices:
Pirates (such a significant impact)
Splash (one of my favorite parts of the ride- it just transports you)
Little Mermaid (ride)- so beautiful and I love the water features...
Dumbo queue- awesome for the little ones
Enchanted Tales with Belle (that mirror effect?!?)
Frozen (ride)- the trees right before you board
TSMM- so much to look at and enjoy

Wow, now I want to go to WDW right now........
