I thought I knew 3 of the 4 blues, but -- being a man -- I was at a bit of a disadvantage.

I wonder the same thing. I recognized 3 of those pretty quickly, but couldn't be sure of the 4th.
No issue with the blues, though.

maybe fryer, like a fryer chicken but that would be more of a cooking term? I didn't have any clue about that either.

This was challenging for me because I understood all four categories immediately. But I could only figure out 3 in each of the categories. So I couldn't figure out an entire category for any of them. Took me a while (and one bad guess 
) But it ended up being an imperfect reverse rainbow.
