I'm just saying, it's not like Disney never does exposed coaster track.

Poor unfortunate souls.
Meh, that's a solo number and doesn't support the same variety of visuals. The symphony score for Night on Bald mountain and the variety of moments and natural swirling aspect of the animations lends itself nicely.

Friends on the Other Side could also work. but obviously a lot more problematic.

It's funny that you say this about Dance Macabre and NOBM. One of the first things that I thought of when they revealed that they were doing a Villains Land, was that same song from Fantasia. I was actually picturing a trackless ride system that has multiple villains, and dumps a large number of guests into a single "dance scene" in a large scale room, with mountain and giant animatronic in the center. You know, like Daisy's dance lesson (or whatever that part of Mickey's RR is called) or the Luigi's one in Cars Land at DCA, but with a dark version of whatever the Whirling Dervish vibe is, as you get swept into the Night on Bald Mountain scene from Fantasia, that's taking place before you.

If this land is done correctly this will be included to some degree. NOBM / Chernabog need to make a big appearance. Fingers crossed.

💯 This is allegedly artwork from the originally planned opening day log flume ride that was set to be where 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea ride ended up going. There were supposed to be multiple villains on the ride before the drop. It just goes to show that no good ideas really get completely erased .

Speaking of canceled attractions that don't truly die, there was also a dragon ride with a bat coaster and a sleeping dragon that was scraped from Beastly Kingdom, which was a planned land for AK, which was cut, then scrapped, and eventually became Pandora. So yeah, I really hope that Sleeping Beauty coaster is still what's being made, and the rumor from The Wrap about it changing to Hercules is untrue.
